At Kev3DLab, we take great care to ensure your orders are processed, packed, and delivered as efficiently and securely as possible. Whether you're ordering from within the EU or across the globe, we're committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience.

🌍 Where We Ship

Kev3DLab is based in Hungary and currently ships to the following countries:

  • European Union (EU) member states

  • United States

  • Japan

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

⚠️ Please note: Due to ongoing shipping service disruptions, we do not currently ship to Canada. We will update this policy when reliable shipping becomes available.

 

📦 Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3 to 4 business days to process before it is shipped. This includes:

  • Order confirmation and fraud check

  • Product preparation and quality check

  • Packaging and handoff to the shipping carrier

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays in Hungary.

 

🚛 Shipping Carrier & Services

All orders are shipped via Magyar Posta Logistics, the national postal service of Hungary. For international deliveries, Magyar Posta partners with your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the US, Australia Post, Japan Post, etc.) for final delivery.

All packages are sent with tracked shipping for transparency and peace of mind. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

 

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: 3 to 9 business days

  • United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand: 3 to 30 business days

🕒 Please note: International delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or remote delivery areas. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

 

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Every shipment from Kev3DLab includes full tracking. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our website so we can assist you.

 

💰 Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware:

  • Customs, import duties, and local taxes may be charged upon your package’s arrival in your country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • You (the buyer) are responsible for paying any additional fees levied by your country’s customs authority.

We strongly recommend checking with your country’s customs office for an estimate before placing an international order.

 

🚚 Free & Promotional Shipping

Kev3DLab may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These offers may apply:

  • To specific countries or regions

  • When your order exceeds a certain value

  • During seasonal sales or special promotions

Free shipping eligibility and terms will always be clearly stated at checkout or on our promotional materials. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on offers!

 

🔁 Return Shipping & Policy

We fully comply with the European Union’s consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal.

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📦 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, issues can sometimes occur:

  • Delayed Orders: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please contact us.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to replace or refund your order.

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
