We strive to display products accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are completely error-free. If a product received differs materially from the description, you may be eligible for a return (see Section 8).

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we have accepted and confirmed the order via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, particularly in cases of:

  • Payment issues

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Delivery limitations

  • Errors in product listings or pricing

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR or USD, depending on your region. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. By purchasing from us, you agree to their terms and data handling policies. Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

International Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes incurred at the destination. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping practices are governed by our [Shipping Policy], but key details include:

  • We ship from Hungary, using Magyar Posta Logistics and its global partners.

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • EU: 3–9 business days

    • USA, Japan, Australia, NZ: 3–30 business days

  • Every shipment includes a tracking number, provided via email.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, postal strikes, or carrier issues. Lost or severely delayed packages will be investigated in coordination with the carrier, and we will assist in resolving such cases.

 

6. Digital Products

If you purchase digital goods (such as downloadable files):

  • You will receive a link to download the content after payment is confirmed.

  • All digital sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the download has occurred, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any digital product purchased unless explicitly licensed to do so.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product designs, images, code, and logos — is the exclusive property of Kev3DLab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content without written permission

  • Use Kev3DLab’s brand assets without consent

  • Sell or license our content or designs to third parties

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the IP. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use digital or physical items as described at time of purchase.

 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU customer, you are entitled by law to:

  • Withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason

  • Receive a full refund (excluding shipping), provided items are returned unused and in original condition

Non-EU Returns

We accept returns from other regions on a case-by-case basis, in line with the same principles. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Digital goods are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues or non-delivery.

 

9. Account and User Conduct

If you create an account or interact with our website, you agree to:

  • Not use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
